PocketAgentTerms of Use
These terms apply to the PocketAgent apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac and to the PocketAgent relay service. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. What PocketAgent does
PocketAgent lets you control coding agents that run on your own Mac from your other devices. PocketAgent does not provide AI models. The agents you use are third-party software with their own terms and charges, which are between you and their providers.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the devices you pair with it. Keep your password secure and revoke devices you no longer use.
3. Your responsibility for agent actions
Agents can run commands and change files on your Mac. You decide which projects are accessible and which actions to approve. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions and for keeping backups of your work.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use PocketAgent to access computers you aren't authorized to use, to break the law, or to disrupt the service or other users.
5. Availability
We work to keep the relay service available but don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
PocketAgent is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or code changes made by agents you approved.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions: see Support.

1. PocketAgent 做什么

2. 你的账号
你需要对自己的账号和与之配对的设备负责。请妥善保管密码，并撤销不再使用的设备。
3. 你对助手操作的责任
助手可以在你的 Mac 上运行命令、修改文件。哪些项目可被访问、哪些操作被允许由你决定。你需要自行审查和批准操作，并做好工作备份。
4. 合理使用
不得用 PocketAgent 访问你无权使用的电脑、从事违法活动，或干扰服务和其他用户。
5. 服务可用性
我们会尽力保持中转服务可用，但不保证始终不中断、无错误；我们可能调整或停止部分功能。
6. 免责与责任限制
PocketAgent 按“现状”提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不对间接或附带损失负责，包括数据丢失或你批准的助手所做的代码改动。
7. 条款更新
我们可能更新本条款并修改上方生效日期。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。如有疑问请见支持页面。
